Family-friendly hotel, the staff were excellent, welcoming service. Large, nicely furnished units provided with bath, amazing views to relax in in evening, for instance. Ideal and comfortable location in Edinburgh, right by ride bus into the centre, ride bus, and a wonderful working farm.

Everything there was fantastic. The staff was pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating, always on hand when needed. Booked a room with bath and shower. This hotel was located in a remote area really close to the surrounding areas, Peebles and Edinburgh, and a park.

The room was spacious, and we had a magnificent view of the horses. Got very comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. Its location was stunning and lovely, adjacent to the beautiful big garden with the owners two lovely boxers, park and ride bus into the centre, and the outskirts of Edinburgh.
Some people working there were relaxed.
